PROTECTIVE TAPES FOR TRANSIT AND STORAGE - FROM TIER 1 TO DEALER
On the journey from Tier 1 all the way to the dealerships – each car is handled by various assembly and logistics parties. The sides of the car need to be protected against damage caused by people moving in, out and around the cars.
During transport and storage the horizontal parts of the cars need to be protected against outdoor elements, such as stone impact (transport) and acid rain, hail, train and port rust dust, sand storms, bird soil etc.

In 2019 we received an urgent request from an OEM to make customized protection covers for 2 new models ASAP.
We took measurements of the cars, developed a 3D model, made prototypes, ran through the complete application process, produced and eventually hand-delivered 1.000 units for each model, all within 1 month.
