Storage conditions
Pressure sensitive tapes need to be stored under defined conditions. Extreme high temperatures can lead to degradation of the adhesive or backing materials. Extreme low temperatures might influence the bonding characteristics.
The generally recommended storage conditions are:
The target surface should be clean and dust free.
If this is not the case, clean the target surface with suitable cleaning products. For example if the target surface is a window, clean it with window cleaner.
Unwinding
Unwinding of the transfer tape can be done manually or with a laminator machine. If you unwind manually it’s best to unwind with the adhesive side facing down. If you apply the application tape with a laminator make sure the adhesive side is facing down and the tension is not too high.
Application - act
Dry application:
The transfer tape will transfer the vinyl graphic onto the target surface.
Removal
Remove the transfer tape from the applied graphic by peeling back at an angle of 45°.
Discard / Recycle
This is a temporary tape – once removed one can discard / dispose without special instructions.
