Plotter machines typically deploy a machinal knife to cut through the adhesive material. The direction of the mechanical knife is driven by the digital drawing of the shape / part provided. It is easier to experiment / customize the design to see an immediate result and at virtually no cost other than material and time.

In short, the product development costs / lead time is favorable. The run time is generally slower than rewind machines but the width restrictions of the rotary have a negative impact on the output.  This technology is particularly efficient for larger size shapes (30 cm and up).

Your Input:

You provide us with a digital drawing of the required shape along with additional requirements of tolerances, tape performance, material requirements and output format (rolls or sheets, with or without liner etc.).

Our Plotter Capabilities:

There are different types of laser cutting processes that can be used for various applications. Some of the different types of laser cutting include: Kiss Cutting, Engraving, Perforating, Slitting, Through Cutting.
